ground glitch

I started playing on another computer (a notebook but good enough specs) from an old save and I have a major problem with the ground glitching (picture: http://imgur.com/ncg41Wi ). The terrain glitch "moves" forward as I do but does not happen indoors.

Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 64 bit
Processor: AMD Athlon II Dual-Core M320 2.10 GHz
RAM: 4GB
Display Adapter: AMD M860G with ATI Mobility Radeon 4100

That looks very much like corrupt data. What version of the game do you have?

I have "Enhanced Edition Directors Cut" from steam.

In that case, use the Verify Cache option in Steam to check the game. As @RivenII said, this looks like a data corruption.

I verified it there wasn't any problems with the game cache.

Did you use (or do you use actually) any cheats, mods, the savegame editor etc?

What happens with the ground glitch if you begin a new game?

Never used any cheats mods or savegame editor. Started a new game and same issue.
