GTX980 low fps

Hi

I'm experiencing low fps playing on i7 4790k +gtx980 16gb ram.
Few days ago I could have +60/70 fps now I have heavy drops to 40.
Help please.

I have always had heavy drops with the same setup occassionally. Reardon manor, and a crossroads village infested with ghouls kills the fps in certain weather conditions. Perhaps you just noticed now. 99% of the time it runs with a solid fps for me

I haven't seen stable 60fps for ages in witcher 3 Dunno why.
