Guards scale to 82 level ! WHY

NG+ issue here , every guard u attack or every time you get caught stealing, guards are scaled to unreal level. WHY ? They 1 hit KO and take awey 20k crowns , they are fucking godlike. Every cit guard should be 1-2 level bellow yours. Please CDPR for console players check this situation , because it should be fixed. Like i maxed Geralt to level 70 just to RP a little bit with Redanian soldiers and i shitted myself when they scale to 82 LEVEL !!
840 Armour 1 hit KO !!!!! please CDPR , i beg you have mercy.

its a gameplay choice so you wont go killing all guards in the city and hoarding EXP and equipment... but i admit its not the best possible solution they could use... they could easily handle this via nonplayable animation, where if you are caught, animation would play with lots of soldiers surrounding you and aiming crossbows at you, making you surrender...

Easiest and most effective solution would have been by adding npc reaction to theft with the game "monitoring" the stolen value( like in Gothic III)...affecting the prices of merchants or at extreme refusal of service or witcher contracts. Instead, this was just a lazy and simplistic work around.
Same story with the leveling system and artificial equipment/crafting restrictions...almost feels like Witcher MMO in that respect.

Hey sometimes, "it's cool to surrender", I'm not saying this because I'm french, lol.
Like for the speed ticket in Mafia.

You could flee, fight (but lose) or surrender, pay a fine or a bottle of wine to those guards and move on. At least all these alcohol would have a purpose.

I actually feared that's what was behind the tax collector in HoS :D
Game would have been passivly counting and say "hey you, hey hi" in the end :)
You know choices (to be a thief), consequencies...

Really, people could complain to autorities that a stupid witcher steals their stuff at home. Not in front of him, of course, but...

Haha, OP. Your post got a chuckle out of me.

Anyway. Just wanted to say that those soldiers can be defeated. They're actually fairly easy to defeat. I actually like that these soldiers are higher level, as I can use them as a benchmark to test builds and what not.

This! Just don't get gangbanged!
Also, OP, consider yourself lucky. You lose only 20k each knockout? I lose all my gold if I let them knock me out.
