So what's end season rewards? I saw some frames for top 1000 but the rest for ranks, what was there?

Geralt witcher 1 avatar, a CB exclusive title and the end of the season frame and title. It doesn't matter what is your mmr, except if you are fighting to enter the top 1000. If you reached rank 15 you'll get the rank 15 frame and title.
