Gwent Card problem.

I have beat all the Gwent quest (along with High Stakes quest). I have played every random player till the point they don't give cards anymore and I have bought all the cards I can from the merchants.

Here is my problem, I'm missing four leader cards. I know you're suppose to win these from the players in High Stakes quest. They're the last four leader cards in each deck. Instead I won these cards from the High Stakes quest
Foltest, Lord Commander Of The North
Emhyr var Emreis, Emperor of Nilfgaard
Francesca The Beautiful
Eredin, King of The Wild Hunt
I know these cards are meant to be bought from the merchants in various locations. I was suppose to win the 5th card in the leader cards for each deck in the High Stakes quest.

Am I missing something? I feel like this is a rough hand I was giving. I'm four cards away from getting the trophy. Is there a secret merchant / player I'm missing here? Is this a possible bug from the Hearts of Stone DLC. Has anyone else run into this problem?

If anyone could clear this up that would be much appreciated. The only players I didn't get to play were, Lambert, The random quest at the Vegelbud's, and the inn keep in White Orchard. I know with one of the early updates that they made these card available to purchase if you missed them.

Random quest's cards from Vegelbud can not be purchased.
Lamber have unique card.
White Orchard card can be picked somewhere. Don't remember where.

Four leader's card could be possible new cards from HoS. Doesn't necessary for trophy.

The problem is that the merchants didn't have the leader cards they should have sold.

I feel like this is some sort of bug, or a possible slip up and there is a merchant out there that has these cards I haven't run into yet.

If I remember right, in HoS either the Ofirian trader or the trader where you met Eveline first has at least a Francesca Gwent card for sale.

Just found this out tonight while I was playing and met with the Ofirian merchant .

He has the Eredin and Francesca leader cards I have been looking for. So I just need the Foltest and the Emhyr cards now.

I now know it's not a bug and those cards are bought by merchants from the HoS. Now I just need to find the next merchant that sales the last two,

He has the Eredin and Francesca leader cards I have been looking for. So I just need the Foltest and the Emhyr cards now.

I now know it's not a bug and those cards are bought by merchants from the HoS. Now I just need to find the next merchant that sales the last two,

One Foltest card can be bought from the merchant near the White Orchard in. Emhyr card can be bought from the innkeeper at the Crossroads inn.
