I actually like Scoiatel with its flexibility between combat and ranged. I think the decks are pretty well balanced on the whole. The only problem is no card types other tham hero/non-hero. If youd have a predefined limit for different types Gwent would still be a challenge late game. In the current shape I wreck everyone from the tournament on.

My proposed changes:
3 hero card limit in your deck. 10 means 45% of your cards are unstoppable
Differentiation between high and low value card.s For example
not more than 8 normal cards valued 5 and above
At least 6 normal cards valued 4 or below.

Other than that Gwent is soooo much fun. Can't wait for a proper Gwent release that doesn't require Steam and some tabletop simulator
