Gwent iOS: Completed tutorial but contract is stuck.

I just started this game on iOS, did the tutorial but it seems the contract for completing the tutorial is stuck, unable to complete it.

Can someone please help me? I can’t seem to find an email for technical support.

My in-game ID is Bombtwo.

I have reached pro rank but the tutorial quest still hasn’t been completed and I still can’t claim my the reward from the related quest. I suspect this has something to do with the quest for the rank 30 avatar also not being completed despite me being past rank 30.
