Gwent local client error

I had two losses in a row today in ranked matches around 3.9k resulting in a loss of around 60 points. I didn't have any problems in casual and then in ranked like I said twice in a row. Seemed a bit off that I had a gwent local client error twice in a row resulting in losses on my end when I was winning by a large margin in both games. Is this currently a problem at the moment?

Same thing happened to me I was only 10 points from being level 19. Why does it assign wins, losses to incomplete games this is my only complaint for another wise really fun card game and since its just a few days till the season ends this has been very frustrating for someone how is try to make rank 21 in time.
