When playing gwent against Basil Barnibus, if you choose to play his best deck, Northern Kingdoms, does he just use deck 22, NKHard, regardless of what your game option for gwent is set to? In that, you would get the NKHard deck even if you had easy in the gwent options, or does it just change the difficultyBalanceValue to - = 80 and still use the NKEasy deck 20?
Also, what determines the difficulty setting eg diff3 = 155 + difficultyBalanceValue; Is the 155 the Total Unit Card Strength? In that if the player used the deck in the attached screenshot, the npc would only get the dynamic cards for diff3 (on normal) if the deck had some for diff3?
