Hacking bug leading to massive performance drop.

So I've never had any real issue with the hacking in this game until now, I recently upgraded to a legendary cyberdeck I bought from the ripperdoc in Pacifica but when I use my legendary Contagion hack the game suddenly tanks to 30fps and below, normally the game runs at 60fps with ultra settings only dropping to at worst the mid 40s when a ton of stuff is happening, furthermore this seems to cause the enemies seem to bug out as well not dying despite having empty health bars. I have a RX 5700 XT so performance should never be dropping to 10fps or something ridiculous like that and again this has only happened since I started using the legendary cyberdeck with a legendary contagion hack as well. its just really weird and frustrating, I was wondering if my save was corrupted in some way but I have no idea as everything else and lower tier hacking seems to work without these issues. Anyone else experience anything like this?

If you close the game and restart it, are you experiencing the same problem? You might even try restarting Windows.
Other than that, did you check the windows task manager to see if some other application is affecting the performance?

Trying a previous save game is worth a shot.

Ok I think I narrowed it down, it seems like one of the legendary mods I had equipped to the deck was glitched and causing the game to act crazy anytime I started hacking, removing them seems to have fixed the problem, the contagion mod was not actually the issue it seems.

Which hack caused this problem? How did you go around it?

I have the same problem.

Enemies don't die when I have legendary hacks equipped. Reset works, but other legendary like: Contagion (virus), Short Circuit don't work. After I use one enemies are invincible. Even sniper rifle cannot kill them (their health drop to 1 HP, but they keep on living).

Never mind.

Found another thread with this bug. Seems like Cripple Movement hack (mod) is a problem. Simply removing it from V's cyber deck seem to work.
