Just a little nugget of information to tuck away if you need it in the future as it was pretty obscure.
I bought a new PC several weeks ago, a good one, and have all the graphic settings in the game cranked up and it runs great except when I'd Alt+Tab to a web page and move around my mouse I'd get these strange trails that seemed to be composed of another browser tab. I was going back and forth with the vendor about this with no luck but it turned out that changing Windowed Mode from Windowed_Borderless to Fullscreen, that fixed it. Weird, right?
