Hair (and Beards) look really mesh-y

The hair looks very mesh-y. Everything else looks great but the hair in this game looks very bad and I don't know how to fix it. Any help? I've had a similar issue with AC Valhalla as well.

I have an Nvidia 2060 Super 8GB, and the latest drivers, settings are on RTX Lighting Medium with grain and motion effects removed.
