How can i fix this? am I borked and unable to ever upgrade the iconic O'Five, or will I be able to whenever I reach the right level/skill to? and if so, what am I missing that I need to reach. I'm lvl 22 atm, with 10 body, 10 reflex, 7 tech, 8 int, 8 cool.

I believe you simply need to reach the next level. I get this on all my weapons. I level up, upgrade them once and then get the same message, until I level up again.

Skippy is the same way I believe that just means you can't upgrade the weapon... In Skippy's case it's because he automatically scales to the player level. Does this weapon scale?

Same here. It started happening after the 1.05 hotfix.
