Has anyone in the US been able to preload?

According to several websites, the digital version is able to be downloaded for PS4 digital customers.

When I click the DOWNLOAD button I get the error CE-37700-7.

Has anyone been able to download it?

I can't speak for the ps4 version, but Xbox one, steam, & gog are available for pre load.

Yes I did last night for PS4.

Apparently, thus is a known issue.

Here is a workaround that worked for me.

Try going to driveclub and download the free car (even if you dont have the game) then try and preload the witcher 3 again.

I think that if you download a free game or demo once the download starts go and try to start the pre download. I think this is how people fixed it when it happened with DA:I
