Has anyone seen witchers in "Gwent The Witcher Game" lately?

Where did this Golden Age go... Ever since that long forgotten short period of time when witchers reigned supreme, I rarely see any at all.
Is this CDPR following the lore that so few of them left?

NR Witchers are passive, so once enough powercreep happens they are completely unviable.
At this point I would say the game has gotten there.

Witchers are no longer competitive.
Seasonal play and winrates posted, indicate the strongest decks are copied and played eccessively.
This translates to:
- winning is everything
- easiest way of winning is achievable with meta netdecks (and they no longer utilize witchers)
Now the challenging part of connecting these two dots... [. . .]

Witchers are nothing but problems.
The Wild Hunt is hated for killing Vesemir, so in Gwent they were made weak to take revenge on them.

There're still humans around in the meta, so CDPR definitely didn't nerf all of the monsters in the Witcher universe
