Has your Witcher 3 Collectors Edition Shipped yet?

I emailed Amazon UK yesterday because I was also getting antsy as mine was supposed to be dispatched on Saturday. They told me demand for The Witcher 3 had been higher than they had anticipated, that their suppliers had been held up, and they were working through the orders on a first-come-first-served basis. On that premise, anybody who ordered in June should be first on the list, and presumably the extra time you have to wait is for shipping to your country. It does seem that everybody has received a different answer, though.

I really hope you are right..how could they have not anticipated this? Haven't they checked how many preorders they had on the Collector Editions? I have preordered like 2 days after it was available on Amazon UK..i remember being sold out in the first week of June.

I have another friend who preordered it on 7th june as well and he has the same deal as me.

They'd better honor the damned orders or I will get pissed. The people who ordered in the first week of when it was available should have priority if it's as you say.

I had to order mine from amazon seeing as game declined my payment the first time so my order with amazon was the 13th of may which im guessing im on the backlog then i had it pre ordered with game for over a year but their pre order system is awful. Currently seeing if live chat can do anything to chase down orders

I hope they don't fuck up and screw us out of our pre-orders. I don't care when they dispatch my order, since I've also got a digital version on GOG, but I really want that CE. Here's hoping it all is handled professionally.

Yesterday GAME told me that they dont have tracking number (I needed to spend more moneyz than CE costs to have it, different courier service), but I can expect delivery from tommorow to Thursday.

I wanted to be able to predownload the game, not to have to wait one hour while it performs the installation process

It usually takes 3 days, ironically the same for orders to Amazon Spain to me (Asturias). So I guess we´ll get it by 21-22, depending where you live.

In fact it only takes one day. My recomendation (I know it is off topic), is to avoid Amazon as much as possible. When you buy something in Amazon, if you don't play extra, it is hold several days until they send it. It is the cause of the delay you have

That they're working on dispatching it today, and if they don't manage they'll dispatch it early tomorrow to make sure it hits the initial estimated delivery date. So, nothing new. Which is pretty much what I was expecting. So, back to the waiting game.

I dunno if it's because I'm a Prime member but I did the same thing and the rep upgrade my shipping from 2 day to 1 day free of charge after it initially showed that delay, for the inconvenience. Contact them again if they are willing to work with you on this. Hope you can get it soon man.

I've had priority express at first and then i changed it a few weeks before to expedited delivery after someone told me that I should update it so I don't pay 25 pounds extra (priority express claimed I had to pay 175 pounds..now it's expedited delivery at 157) (which is the same 2-4 days)..and the fastest I can get it.

Nono..total was 157 pounds..back when I preordered it (7june 2014) with priority express (that was it was called then apparently)..it was 177 pounds.

They've updated since and I had to switch it manually from normal delivery to expedited delivery.

I am from Austria and I preordered in June 2014 at amazon.at - the estimated arrival will be between thursday and saturday... as the post office is closed on saturday and monday is a public holiday AND I'm not at home on thursday and friday I will most likely play the game on tuesday evening.
Until now I believed amazon is shipping in a way the preordered stuff is arriving on the day of release and not shipping it one day after release.
