Having an admin problem need some help please!!

I keep geting and error that says "insufficient privileges: you must be administrator when you run this application for the first time ". When I try to launch the game. But I am the admin I dont get it.I have even tryied to right click the launcher and "run as administrator" and I get the same thing. ANY HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Downloaded patch 1.5 now it says doesn not meet min requirements have windows 7 for laptop any suggestions
