Hi, I would like to create a post where I share some info we were able to gather regarding one issue with the game: Having X fps no matter what graphical settings used. It's due to AI Suite, even if its been removed.

As the title says, installing the AI Suite just ONCE will kill your fps in low graphical settings and there is no known way (yet) to fix this issue without formatting.
Unbelievable. If someone has any idea of WHY, I would love to know.
My case: I was getting 65fps in RT Ultra. But also 65 fps in Low 1080p. Formatting Windows fixed the issue. Windows build was the same before and after formatting.
