Unfortunately for all of us the grass you see in the picture is using the same textures we have today. But why does it look different? The answer is simple.+1 on the grass! I, uhm, I'm not sure it's the EXACT same texture man. I don't think IBL (which is still in the game in some form) and volume based translucency would make THAT much of a difference. The texture is like completely different, it's even wider. But of course I might be wrong, so I ask you, have you unpacked the textures and noticed they are higher quality than what they look like in game?Unfortunately for all of us the grass you see in the picture is using the same textures we have today. Changing colour might not work because of some specular info in the model. But did anyone try changing texture entirely?and from the author himself
