Healing needs a cooldown

Healing items are way too plentiful, you can carry hundreds of them. They are also very powerful and you can spam them indefinitely.

Adding a cooldown to using them, even if just a few seconds would make the combat far more tense and interesting.

Right now you can just slap on a shotgun and bulldoze every encounter and just heal through the damage.
 
I certainly hope they don't, my assassin build only has 250 HP and can get one-shot by many of the enemies if I mess up. Add the fact that some of the bosses are beastly, and getting through them without taking a hit is tricky, the fact I can spam my iddy-biddy health kits to get me back to full health is a welcome thing.

If anything, they should tone down the health packs by making them a little rarer, because I agree on the numbers part, I have well over 100 health kits.
