Health and Stamina not Recharging (PS4)

Hey,

My health and stamina haven't been recharging at all. When I use potions or food, it doesn't recharge my health and my stamina remains constantly depleted. It's been like this since about 2 weeks ago. As the title says, I'm playing on PS4. Only way to recharge my health is by mediating and I can only use spells through adrenaline points.

Any help would be appreciated!

Same problem here. Also the oxygen bar when underwater won't appear and you have infinite oxygen.
