Heart of stone bugs : too many too soon. I stop

The Sword, Famine and Perfidy : have found the boat and the chest bug the quest never gest completed
Runesmith quest : can t take the pickaxe
Ophiri armor quest : i pick the schema of the armor in the chest underground but it isnt completed eather.

I stopped there...tired...

I was able to get the pickaxe and complete the Ofieri gear quest, however.

I'm on PS4, v1.11.
