Hearts of Stone - Baron's baby glitch.
On my way to craft VIPER armor near Barons Mansion I noticed wierd sound when passing the garden when Baron baby ghost was spawning (although in my playthough I killed it) Havent been here since. But now baby is flowting few inches above the ground making wierd noice with moving animations. Can't interact with it and Geralt is just passing through it.
wierd glitch.
