All the neutrals cards from w3 (Geralt, weather, decoy etc) are printed with the faction card back so your opponent does not see what you have.

Can anyone tell me if Gwent Cards in the Polish version are in english or polish? Because the Devs said the cards are all in english, but does it count for the polish version to?

It depends. On cdp.pl you can buy the cards with the first expansion and they are in polish.
If you already bough the expansion pass and want to get the cards via redeemgwent they are in english.

For tech reasons we cannot provide the goodies that we are giving for PC - you would not be able to read a pdf comic book on your xbox or ps4, the same with the renders and the wallpaper.

but we can still read them on our PCs, tablets or smartphones. All you need is our email IDs. Please don't isolate fans who are on consoles.

I think one of the developers said it will not have an effect on the romances in the base game, so it looks like it will indeed be a Keira-like one time fling. I guess expanding the game to have three "real" options would have been too difficult, if it was to deal with all the possible states that could result (how about a foursome, for example ?), and their consequences. It would be good if at least the base game would be fully fixed eventually (enhanced edition ?), beyond the already announced small tweaks.

There's only 1 limited set of Cards consisting of 2 decks.

The story is a follow up after w2.

Does anyone know what the best state for play regarding NG+ will be for the expansion? Say i'm not planning on finishing NG+ by oct 13, would it be better to wait to start NG+ and do the expansion first, or can you do it at any point in the experience?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean but if you've just completed the original playthrough and you are roughly lvl 35 then you can wAit until the expansion comes out and do it straight away with that save file cause the expansion is level 30+. Or start your NG+ now ( as I'm planning on doing) , take your time and don't go past the required NG+ level for the expansion until October 13th. I'm also planning on keeping my level 30/60 save file so once I've finished the expansion I'll reboot that file and just play through the expansion again and choose the different paths. Hope that helps

Curious if Blood and Wine is going to have a unique romance as well. Really wish they'd delve more into some of the Nilfgaardian characters like Rosa Van Attre or Fringilla Vigo. That would probably be the place to do it.

Answered my question thanks. Yeap i'm level 35 or so now. Hang on, does that mean if i go past level 35 i can only play it in NG+ mode (if that means it will be scaled to end of NG+ level requirements)?

Highly unlikely you will pass level 36 on original playthrough unless you've done some XP glitch. Having said that personally I would not start the expansions at level 35 on original playthrough only because if they are for level 30+ I would probably be over levelled and too OP. I would rather do what I originally said and start NG+ and stop before the suggested level for expansion on NG+ so that its not too easy.

The Xbox One Collectors Edition exclusively contained the first 2 sets of Gwent cards (Northern Realms & Nilfgaardian Empire)
Now the new Hearts of Stone Limited Edition physical release contains the remaining 2 decks (Monsters & Scoia'tael) but excludes Xbox One?
How does that make sense CDPR? I'd like to know why there is no boxed edition for the Xbox One please?

Not that I am saying it is going to happen, but that line from the books does not guarantee it will not. What is in the future in the books does not necessarily have to be the same in the games, even if they do not change the events of the past. Or it could be the same or different depending on choice.
