Not yet. A changelog will probably be posted the week before the patch is released, so it will still take some time. I guess it could be early October, before the expansion.

There is no XBOX ONE Physical Expansion Box (or whatever you wanna call it) just PC and PS4. Why is that?

If I wanna buy the digital version of the expansion I must pay more (because they are NOT the same price) and for the gwent cards I have to pay extra (for shipping).
