Heavy micro stuttering and darker game after 1.10?

First of all I want to thank CD Projekt Red for the job they've done. The amount of patches and additional content they've given us is more then we can ask. I post here just to check if I am the only one with these problems (check title) after patch 1.10 and if not maybe someone knows how to fix this ^^. I used to have solid 60 fps but after the patch I am getting lot of micro stuttering (especially in Novigrad in the place where people are puking in the water) and my fps drops all the way from 60 to 49 and then it gets back up there in 2 seconds or so. This is fairly annoying. Also I noticed that the game looks way darker then before the patch. I checked gamma and ambient occlusion and everything was like it used to be, even in nvidia control panel (I got gtx 980 Ti).

Anyone else with these problems?

You might want to try the following:
- remove your user settings (ie start fresh - there were some changes made to variables)
- try verifying game files
- if you're on GOG remove d3d11.dll from Wither3.exe folder
Hope it helps.

Well, actually my game is running better than before. I can turn Hairwork on and still get 30+ fps. And no micro stuttering. Try to remove your user settings, as iz.podpolja said.

Are you sure it didn't just switch into window borderless mode instead of fullscreen?
Happens sometimes when you alt-tab out at the wrong time.

No problems with darkness with my GTX 970...

But oddly, I got microstutters in the populated areas after using the game's inventory... Luckily, the stuttering got away by setting the Maximum Frames Per Second to 60 and turning V-Sync to Adaptive in the NVIDIA control panel.
