A DLC that will add the SAMURAI life path to the game. It will majorly change the story and events.

It will start with the infamous scene of Johnny from trailers:

V will wake up to Johnny, instead of Dexter finding V in the junkyard.

You lost your memory after got shot in the head and instead of the chip that revived you trying to invade your mind, it instead starts merging with you and filling you the memories of Johnny.

Relatively speaking, you become Johnny while still being V. You are both Johnny and V, you are the SAMURAI.

You start after the events of ACT 1, therefore Arasaka is still after you. Johnny guides you back to Night City, therefore to Afterlife.

Then you slowly start recalling your memories and recalling the events from ACT 1. Slowly both memories merge as well as the personalities becomes one.

Dexter DeShawn is still in the hiding and Evelynn has questions to answer. Will you finish what Johnny started before you get soulkilled also? Will you burn Night City?

I'd be all for a real 'merge' option in the game, and think Johnny's personality added to ours would make for some weird/interesting/annoying/funny quirks that we'd adopt besides the personality we create for ourselves (almost like a split-personality, but not quite). It would also make for an interesting sequel. However, I don't think they'd add DLC that invalidates or 'lessens' the content that came before it, which this would probably do as a full path.
