In a new playthrough I cleared a lot of open world content in Watson district before going into the "Heist" main quest. When I returned to the main quest I found that after I entered the Delamain taxi, except for the screens in the taxi lights up and shows Delamain's face, nothing happens. Jackie didn't get on, the taxi didn't move. I could not do anything. Loading back to before entering the taxi, I saw that Jackie was also nowhere to be found, while he's supposed to be leaning against the back of the taxi at this point.
I started this playthrough on v1.04 build, and found this problem after the 1.05 update.
