I just started playing witcher 2,and i noticed i dont have 2 sword where can i find it ,craft it, or buy it ?

Are you in the Prologue, just after meeting the dragon? If so, it's normal for you to have lost your silver sword.

You won't have a silver sword for a while. When you get past the Prologue, you'll get the opportunity to have one crafted.

You can buy a silver sword from the merchant near the waterfront in Flotsam as long as you have enough credits. No need to craft one.
