HELP Bug on Rapunzel's quest

Hello there! I'm having some trouble on the Rapunzel quest on the Blood and Wine DLC. I'm supposed to fight her ghost, but its name is blue, like a harmless creature. I can't attack it, and it doesn't attack me either. I need to kill it to continue with the quest. How can I solve this?
I've seen someone else made a topic about this, but it was closed and it didn't have a solution, so I'm sorry to bring this up again. (topic: http://forums.cdprojektred.com/foru...111463-bug-in-rapunzel-quest-possible-spolier). In fact, I have already sent a report to CDPR.

try loading an earlier save and do the quest again

The wraith is there, but it's harmless. Just like the picture. I've already tried playing it again, but the bug keeps happening.

I had the same problem on my Xbox too and I don’t know what to do ):

If u uninstall and reinstall? Do you loose all your progress??

If you don't delete your saves in the cloud (they are automatically transfered), nope
(I still have save in the cloud from my XB360 games^^)
