Help configuring graphics
I recently started playing The Witcher and The Witcher 2 but have been experiencing bad performance in the graphics department that I could use some help with. Don't get me wrong, the graphics look incredible but I am experiencing frequent momentary freezing of the game. I seems to happen more often during the cinematic story sequences and doesn't go away when I lower the graphics settings.
I am confused as to why this is happening happening seeing as the frame rate (from the little steam overlay) rarely drops below 100FPS and is often in the thousands. My graphics card is a Radeon R7 370. I know this is not a very powerful GPU but I mostly do things like media, 3D rendering, etc. I also have an i5-6600k on an Asus board with 16GB of RAM.
