Help! Isle of Mist + Redania Most Wanted (spoilers)

Ok, I didn't want to make one topic for each question, so here are my questions:

1) Redania's Most Wanted:

I talked to Radovid, but I didn't give him the crystal. I thought I could still talk to Triss or Yen to give them the crystal. But it seems I could only do that if the quest wasn't completed. Is that right? If so, it doesn't make any sense, since I still got the crystal.

2) Isle of Mist + Gwent: Old Pals:

Unfortunately, I didn't start my Gwent quests earlier, so I didn't know I had to play against Vernon Roche. I asked him to join my 'army' against the Hunt, so now he's nowhere to be found. I heard after playing against him, I had to play with Lambert too. It seems I won't be able to finish this quest. Is that right?

3) Isle of Mist + Missable side quests:

There's a list of missable side quests around here, and I was checking that. I've done most of it. The ones I haven't are Act 3 ones or different choices ones.
So, my question is: Is it safe to continue to the Isle of Mist? I've done all Skellige quests regarding Crach, Cerys and Hjalmar, all Triss quests, the Roche quest, Zoltan and Dandelion quests, that is, probably all the companion quests.

Anything else I should be aware of?

TLDR:

Anything I should be aware of before going to the Isle of Mist? I can't find Roche in my game anymore, how am I going to finish Gwent: Old Pals quest. I got Philippa's crystal, but neither Triss or Yen will accept it. Maybe because I completed the Redania's Most Wanted quest? If so, that's bulls***, because I have the crystal.

BUMP?

I really need help :( I'm afraid to continue to Isles of Mist today and mess everything up.

Also, I'd like to know how I'm supposed to give Yen that crystal. I still have it.

Oh, there's that little statue I found during Zoltan's quest too. I can't Yen that either.

It's a mess :( Please, help.

You can still give them the crystal after the quest completion, I think you just have to finish their personal quests. I wasn't able to give Yen the crystal until after I completed her personal quest (The Last Wish) in Skellige. You should still be able to find Roche at his camp after finishing the Isle of Mist and Kaer Morhen. You'll miss out on Lambert though, as he won't be available anymore after Kaer Morhen. He'll just get skipped over in the Gwent quest requirements.

You might be out of luck on the statue quest, I wasn't able to give it to Triss later as she wouldn't say anything to me other than, "well?" It might be dependent on whether you romanced Triss or not. My first playthrough I romanced both and I was able to talk to Triss about the statue later. My second playthrough I romanced Yen; Triss wouldn't say a word to me other than what was required in the main story.

at the end of redania's most wanted you have a choice to give the crystal to Triss or Radovid, if you already completed all the quests for Triss you cannot give it to her, you end up only the choice do give to radovid or lie, if you can give it to her after the quest is completed i have no idea.

Thanks so much for the info!

I've finished every companion quest, I guess. Including Yen's Last Wish. When I talk to her in Kaer Morhen, I have only normal conversation options.

Maybe if I progress after Isles of Mist, she'll talk to me about the crystal.

What are the downsides of missing Lambert?

Thanks again.

Apparently you'll get Triss' hero card off Lambert. Not a big deal, I missed out on Lambert and was able to get Triss' card elsewhere.

Oh. I have Triss' card hahaha. Don't remember where I got it though.

Ok, I'm much more confident now to progress to Isles of Mist, hahaha.

That warning message was really scary! :p

Will Thaler also be in the Seven Cats Inn after the Isles of Mist? 'Cause you said I'll have to play with him too.
