Hello,
sometimes, no-one on the Forums has a helpful solution to a specific technical problem. Sometimes, things take more than 24 hours, or even 24 days, for that matter. All I can recommend is that you can contact Technical Support, and fill out a report on your issue. While this will not be a 'quick fix', it will notify the Team they need to correct the problem in a future patch. You may submit a report here: http://en.cdprojektred.com/support/?support-product=wild_hunt

<snip>I have tried loading a new save...
I had the same issue earlier today but fixed it rather quickly. It occurred whilst riding Roach at break-neck speed uphill. Unwise, I know, but I was fleeing certain death at the hands of only the gods know what.
What can I say? I was a scared whiddle boy. :whatthe:
Note: Loading a new save will not work. That only succeeds in loading the existing issue in said save.

1. I backed out to the Main Menu
2. I loaded my most recent previous working Save.
3. Problem has not returned.
4. Voila

I follow a mantra learned decades ago: Save early. Save Often.
What follows may sound like a hassle, but try it for a session or two and it will become habit. So much so I don't even notice anymore since it's merely an occasional 4-5 seconds of house cleaning. I'll save at the start of a quest then keep 4 working saves, making a Manual Save every half hour. I delete the oldest working save and NEVER overwrite. Doing so is the fastest way to glitch one's inventory, introduce graphical anomalies, etc. If a gaming kerfuffle arises, no worries.
You haven't lost much data or time and your frustration level is kept in check by your save game habits.

Give it a try. You may just thank me in a month or so.
Hope that helps.

Hey, it isn't a big bethesda game. No need to do that.
I resemble that remark.
That said, a habit entrenched since Morrowind is hard to shake. It works, yes.
Even if it isn't needed, there's still no harm in doing so. Preventive potential rage squelching, I say.

Do I understand you right? You manually delete your manually created saves to create space for new manual saves?
Yes, exactly.
It's an old habit from when overwriting game Saves would potentially glitch the data.
And loading an Autosave was a cardinal no-no. You were just inviting issues.

This method causes no problems. It may, however, prevent them. It's tried and true.
Besides, I'm an old dog comfortable with my old tricks.
Hope that helps

Of course! I handle my Saves nearly the same as you. Except for the fact to delete my Saves manually to create space for new Saves. I will give this a try for sure. Perhaps my two quest breaking issues would't have arisen using this way.

So none of this worked i loaded all my saves and not one fixed the issue.... anyone else have any ideas?

That's strange. I have had this bug a couple times and reloading a previous save always worked. As sad as I am to say this:

it looks like you're screwed.

It seems the only thing you can do is submit a report and pray that the fix comes in the next patch. Hmm, you can always start a new game or say "to hell with this game!". The latter isn't advised though.

Come to think of it. Try to change things up. For example, navigate to water (if you even can), throw a poisonous bomb near you or suffocate in a gas cloud, jump off of a very high bridge into water, (there one in Kaer Trolde near two blacksmiths) try meditating etc. Some of that might just help you.

Ah, you can also save and try to reload the save.
