Help! Missing Brother contract. Bugged.

So, i cant speak with bruno in the inn, he just stands there without the ability to taslk to him, i've tried reloading, meditating, deleting and re saving, porting to othert locations, doing other quests, im 100 hours in and 90% complete of the game, i really don t want to have to do this all over again just for this contract?
Any help?

hmmm dunno if this would help but maybe try taking the notice from the noticebaord outside the inn if its there and he will talk to you if its in your inventory?
