[HELP]recommended spec but runs bad

this is my PC spec :
Proc : Phenom II X4 955 BE 3,2 Ghz (not OC'ed)
MB : Asrock 890GX Extreme 3
VGA : Sapphire Radeon HD 5850 Ext. (not OC'ed)
RAM : 4GB (not OC'ed)
OS : Windows 7 64Bit
HDD space : more than 200GB

when i use auto detect best setting it choose high but sometimes it feels lag/fps drop, that made me feel need to play in normal setting which i don't want to :(
anyone know whats wrong with my PC?

and one more question, how to check your the witcher 2 version?

thanks for answer!

edit : added dxdiag.txt

If you use the game launcher and click "View Readme File" it should have the game version at the top of the read me :)

It sounds like your PC specs are fairly similar to mine. I can run the game at 1920x1080 resolution on a mixture of high and ultra settings at about 30-40 FPS (although it does lag a little in certain places). I'm willing to accept that because the game looks so good, and so far the frame rate hasn't interfered with combat for me.

If your graphics card has enough memory, then try increasing the Texture Memory Size option to the max. That allows the graphics card to load more in advance, which reduces stuttering.

There's a very in-depth tweak guide here:
http://www.geforce.com/Optimize/Guides/witcher-2-tweak-guide

This is what my settings ini file looks like:

AllowAntialias=1
AllowBloom=1
AllowBlur=0 I don't like motion blur and depth of field
AllowCutsceneDOF=0 I don't know if it has much impact on FPS though
AllowDOF=0
AllowDecals=1.0
AllowMotionBlur=0
AllowRain=1
AllowSSAO=1 This definitely affects performance, but it's so pretty
AllowScatterDOF=0
AllowShafts=1
AllowSharpen=1
AllowVignette=1
AtlasTextureDownscale=0
DanglesLimiter=0
DetailTextureDownscale=0
FoliageDistanceScale=1.2
Fullscreen=1
MaxAtlasTextureSize=4096
MaxCubeShadowCount=3
MaxCubeShadowSize=2048
MaxSpotShadowCount=3
MaxSpotShadowSize=2048
MaxTextureSize=2048
MeshDistanceScale=1.2
ShadowQuality=3
ShadowedLights=3
TextureDownscale=0
TextureMemoryBudget=600 I edited this to 600. I think the max is usually 400, but my graphics card has enough memory. My CPU is the bottleneck.
UberSampling=1 I edited the ini file and set this to 1 because it's supposed to act like anisotropic filtering
VSync=0
