Help with performance

My PC is not that great

Rx 580 4gb
Ryzen 1500x
16gb of RAM
Conventional SATA SSD

And well, my problem is that even with all the tweaks I've found, my GPU is always cranking at 100% usage and my CPU doesn't go above 60% usage, doesn't matter what graphic setting or resolution I use.

Even locking the game at 30 fps there are a lot of random places that fps drops under 30 fps going to 20 fps like in that dumpyard or in the middle of the desert. I don't know if it could be my PC because every other game I play like assassins creed, the division 2, Battlefield and others still runs normal

Anyone has any solution?

Currently the game has an issue with AMD chips where it will only use physical cores and not threads of the processor. There is a hexedit as described here https://www.vg247.com/2020/12/15/cyberpunk-2077-amd-problems/ or there are various mods which will do this on nexusmods.

Already tried this one and that one that you need to change the memory usage in the memory-pool config file, still almost no improvements

Only thing you can do is wait for an optimisation patch I'm afraid. They are focusing on the console version of the game at the moment, so we don't know what kind of improvements to expect on the PC version.
