Looting might have more gold but there are more items one can't pickup than before?

I change settings while playing and it went back to my last save losing all I had done up to that point? My bad???
Mabye that can only be done, WHEN?
Also noticed the game is harder to play with more npc's than before? Now what did I say about the fun gone if you make the game Harder?
I always play on the just the story and that is also missing, unlike the W3?
Making the game harder isn't more fun for my tired 76yr old bones and joints?
Can't you put into the game a Old-person mode?
Way easier than easy mode were I can one shot everything with a smart weapon I just point at them?
The bullets always hit the head?
