Excuse me if this is the wrong place and and excuse me if this is had been mentioned already.
I just started up the Witcher after not playing it for months. I'm enjoying it a lot! My major gripe is the HUD Map. Its too bothersome, I can't help but keep looking at it and miss out on the game big time.
My suggestion is do like God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn, make the map 'dynamic'. The Dynamic map in God of War and Horizon were flawless, I could simply hit the touch pad to make sure I was in the right direction and it would disappear in 10-15 seconds.
Witcher 3 really needs this. Even with the 'Path to Objectives on Minimap' off, I can't help but notice the map in my preferal vision. Some people will say remove it all together, which I've tried, but I don't have the patience to learn such big maps. But with it off, it was great to witness the game in it's true glory.
Is it too late for CD Projekt Red to create such a feature? How hard would it be to do so?
Thanks for any feedback!
