Hidden Treasure bug? (Velen)

I have got every '?' in Velen and Novigrad, except the one marked below. Could someone please take a look and confirm if it's bugged? If not, then where is the treasure supposed to be?

One of the Deserters in that camp drops "Marauders Notes". Picking it up greys out the icon and also starts a new quest "The Dead Have No Defense".

As always in such cases I advise to switch to that quest and at the very least read the notes.

Thanks! I just found that out and also was unfortunate enough to find out that the bandit's body which holds the key/note. isn't present there anymore. I did this part a long time back, so no way of reloading any last save. I guess I'll have to live with the fact that this won't be addressed now.
