I wanna do it with my Cali. I've got too much traffic, and still am tuning the maneuverability.
This is modded, but is so much more vanilla than what you're playin.

You are actually already doing that with your Cali. You just need to get rid of the traffic. Use this mod to do that.

Remove traffic - FPS boost for CPU bottleneck

Remove traffic from the game. Helps performance for older CPUs in areas with a lot of assets.
