After completing the Delamain side job near North Oath and parking the cab at their headquarters, the holo/phone has been stuck with Delamain, though his avatar/face is missing. It has completely barred me from using the phone to make or receive calls, rendering me unable to complete any jobs or missions where I require to make a call or have someone call me. I'm essentially stuck, as there are certain things I can't progress/complete and it'll certainly mess up any other missions I pick up or try to continue.
I've tried reloading, restarting the game entirely, time skip, and I've tried doing another Delamain job but nothing prompts; neither Delamain nor the cab call me once in the area, the scanning/signal interface doesn't even pop up when I'm literally besides the cab.

I'd also like to add that the Delamain side jobs are annoying as hell. You literally get spammed with phone calls when you decide to drive around and it has a tendency of messing things up completely if you're in dialogue with someone else when either Delamain or a rogue cab decides to contact you. I've experienced several encounters where the rogue Delamain cab's voicelines drop out (go mute) and only the subtitles appear.
