When I gallop into Novigrad and reach the city proper I get a message that 'i can't do that here' and horse slows to canter. All fine. but afterwards when i get back on horse, it won't gallop only canter. I have to save and reload to get ability to gallop again. 8( I assume this works in other cities, but i've not tried.
