Horse Race Glitch Velen

In the beginning of the game I did 1 horse race in Velen. And then went further with the main quests. Now I completed all the other horse races and went back for the last two. But I cant speak to Radko. And the quests dissapeared, it isnt in my quest list either in the completed list. But I want to get the Fast and Furious trophy. What do I have to do? Is it a glitch?

Also having this issue. Really frustrating as I've done the ones in Novi and Skelige.

I have the same issue, already completed the game.
Won all previous races but I'm unable to speak with Radko in order to face the other 2 guys besides the stuttering guy.
Developers aware of the issue?

I wonder if it has something to do with completing the Baron's questline. I've always done the Velen races before that, so I'm not sure. Might just save, complete the questline and see if I can still race.
