HoS "A Surprice Inheritance" bug

One of the side quests in the new expansion called "A Surprice Inheritance" is bugged for me. It says I should search the celler, but the trapdor to the celler, can not be opened. So therefor I can not go on the quests. Any other have experinced this bug and a way to solve it?

Did you kill the Archgriffin around there? As I played this quest, the Griffin was not near the cellar, he was quite far away from where it should be.

Looked all over for that Griffin and can´t find it. Perhaps that is the problem.

I think that is definitely the problem. If I had issues with missing enemies, I took a fast travel to Skellige for example then I went back to my destination to force a reload of the area. Maybe it helps.
