Hey all, I am level 36 at the end of my playthrough. Am I over levelled for HoS? I have a save at lvl 33 just before the vendi Vigo mission, is that better? Thanks
Personally, I started Hearts of Stone on level 34, and found it rather challenging. 36 could be a bit easier, initially, depending on your build, equipment, and chosen difficulty level.
