Update on Hotfix: so updated drivers and did the hotfix and bam solid 60 fps and only dips to 55 now on high settings

For those people who says that we must thankful that it can run on a "Potato PS4" shame on you, because this game was supposedly release way back before the release of 30 series and PS5, and all the people around the world who is excited for this game is either riding their PS4 for one last ride, or a new gamer that wants to play the game because of its beautiful surroundings, Great story, etc. Be sensitive gamer, not all people can afford an high-end PC or PS5 because of the current situation that we are facing right now, don't act like a douche and belittle the old gen console gamers, because they expect it to be pretty decent game in their consoles.

Okay I just travelled to Lizzies Bar and did a like for like comparison, and the two locations look the same. So whatever is happening in Afterlife is not happening in Lizzies. I'm gonna try to find some direct outside comparison shots, it might be restricted to just certain areas?

I just read the list that @acnenoodle made midway through my own suggestions and realized I parroted a lot of the same issues but his/hers list was more substantial and reading it through I agreed with all of his/hers points and went "oh yeah, AND that one"

- ! Cannot launch game through steam / GOG launcher !
- Only way is to browse game files, launch .exe as admin
- Otherwise game will just "flatline" when you press play and never launch
- The enemy AI is like from a 2004 game.
- Without the existance of the infinite grenades from enemies, you could have a firefight to ad infinitum if you just stayed crouched behind a box.
- Civilian AI is overall bad as well
- Civilians will crouch in fear of gunfights or threat of violence from player and will stay crouched (no idea how long, at least a good 5-10 minutes) which seems odd and like bad gameplay.
- Civilians will do this in a radius, that doesnt' consider altitude changes. So when you fire 4 stories up and go down flights of stairs, you'll find random npcs covering in fear
- Civilians run you over with their cars not considering any kind of pedestrians. Bad vehicle/civilian ai coding.
- Really obvious behaviour cycles. They are repetitive overall. A merchant will keep doing the same gestures over and over and over and over and over and over and, well I think you get it.
- Civilians will crouch in fear of gunfights or threat of violence from player and will stay crouched (no idea how long, at least a good 5-10 minutes) which seems odd and like bad gameplay.
- Sound issues
- Tried the "Lower your audio quality to around 96000Hz." it worked once, for a while.
- Optimization
- I have the latest Drivers. I have the latest windows updates, everythings on point, I'm running it on a Ryzen 9 3900x & 3070 with 32 gigs of ram, still seems to choke pretty badly.
- Misc
- Looting loop is getting pretty boring after 5 hours of gameplay, the loot doesn't seem to matter at all and I'm going to stop looting corpses/places for a while and see if it gets better / interesting down the line.
- Enemies are bulletsponges (at least in the beginning, I think I'm lvl 3-4)
- The weapons are highly inefficient, only when they are not. The same type of enemies sometimes feel like you can finish them off with a couple of rounds and sometimes you have to empty your ammo from all of your inventory to get the one grunt down.
- Overall the gunplay feels solid, too bad it feels like I'm doing no damage at all.
- Car controls are HORRIBLE on a keyboard + mouse setup, glad I have a controller as well, but feels kinda off putting to switch in-between jumping into vehicles.
- Walking pace on keyboard is too damn high! I have to stutter my steps to be in pace with anybody else or just outrun them.
- Found the first easteregg/nodd to Witcher within 5 minutes of gameplay, nice.
- The fake adds etc are funny as heck, but somehow I anticipated Night City to be a bit more gritty and grim. Now it feels like the W3 DLC: Blood & Wine
- The lifepath dialogue options seemed kinda fun at first, but feel unimpactful.

You can actually disable the terrible TAA it forces on you right now.
excuse me but..why cant i deal damage? i didnt use the plugin or whatever else.it seems that the enemy's health bar is 'LOCKED TO ZERO'.. have anyone else met this problem?
So, hotfix 1.04 supposedly fixes the mission Epistrophy and finding the Delamain Cabs. It doesn't. Spent 3 hours last night trying to get any of the cabs at various different locales to register as found. I've scanned them, blocked them , and shot and destroyed them to be told the contract is terminated for destroying the Delamain cab. I relog and just spent an hour trying to "find" the cab as I drive right next to it.
What gives? This changelog said it's been fixed. It hasn't.

Man, either this hotfix is stuck at 92% or this thing takes forever to install....
Well after at 92% for 30min... it instantly went to 100%.. well whatever... hope it doesn't make the game crash happy like that other guy.
