Hotfix 1.04

+
I would really love to see some changes to the photo mode:
  • Some particles/holograms continue to move while in photo mode
remove the cursor when removing the UI with Tab
add the ability to change field of view while in first person mode
    - I wanna be able to zoom in while in photo mode without parallax
fix lighting and color changing when looking around then taking a screenshot

Dear CDPR, thank you for quick hotfix, however, lots of things not mentioned in the fix need to be fixed. Or at least worked on. Here is my list of bugs I found
  1. Character moving by itself until controller is touched.
  2. Jackie walking through things in world which disappear.
  3. Blocking during melee combat does not work half of the time
  4. Nudity ON does not work. Character still has underwear on.
  5. Game crashes when you sit down with Jackie for food at the begging.
  6. Crashes when you change camera modes in car, and sometimes when driving.
  7. Every now and again all settings reset to default.
  8. Some npcs completely change their character models after walking away from them and then walking back where they were.
  9. On my walk-through game stopped following the quest after getting first modifications at ripperdoc Viktor. A reload of save file fixed it.
  10. Shooting controller settings are not intuitive. I had to look up in subreddit to change advanced settings so it feels more like call of duty aiming.
  11. Police system is broken. Cops appear of nowhere, disappear nowhere. This needs to be fixed urgently.
  12. There seems to be no AI for cars and NPC drivers for cars.

Took me 1 hour to find all these bugs! I tested/played on PS5 and PS4.
PS4 is a complete mess: game on PS4 feels like early access, beta at best.
How did this game pass QA/Quality Control? Did no one test this game on old-gen consoles?

Please work on these, I really like the game but some problems are not only immersion-breaking, but straight up missing.
No personlised ads appear when you walk by (as shown in demo) and no well-made RPG-like character customization.

Please keep updating the game <3

My request would be a better/longer viewable loot indicators. They disappear too quick so I have to tap the scan/hack button way too many times.

Please make it so the game works for disabled gamers & people who use Steam Remote Play

Game doesn't start after installing the so called "hotfix".... wth is wrong with you guys? How do I revert to 1.03 ?! It's Friday night for god's sake

All you wonderful people at CDPR are doing an amazing job! ♥️ I love this game and despite a few glitched which was expected the game is mind-blowingly phenomenal! You guys really should be very proud of eachother.

My one and only issue is that during character creation the lighting is jaundice yellow and it's difficult to guess with the yellow light what everything actually looks like. Then once in game there is absolutely no way of altering your looks. They should be at least a hair salon shop, maybe a plastic surgeon clinic? But at the very least instead of making faces in the mirror allow the mirror to edit our appearance. Be out hair style, makeup, etc. Oh and please, please add some lighter colors to the makeup options. There is only one red lipstick and it's called "I'm bleeding and there's no light switch it's so dark". Eye shadow needs more options too but thank you for all the amazing hard work you all have done. This game is an instant legend! ♥️♥️♥️

please read some of these quality of life fixes collected - https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/kb22xs
Here's a list of things that should be indeed in the game or fixed. However, I removed some parts because I don't agree and added some. Things that are not listed as optional should be a must.

Quality of Life

- Walk toggle for keyboard.

- Key re-mapping for certain elements. (Do not force us to map a key. For example I want crouch toggle to be Cntrl i should NOT have to change my Hold Crouch. I want it left blank)

- Menu mouse sensitivity separate from in-game mouse sensitivity

- Accessibility features missing (ie: text scaling for menus).

- In-game benchmark feature.

- Missing a toggle aim feature.

- Ability to disable objective marker.

- Ability to lower ADS sensitivity.

- Mouse smoothing

- Add proper ultrawide (21:9, 32:9) support.

- Add loot by area or/and autoloot feature.

- Add "stash all" feature.

- Add transparency option for hud elements.

- Add toggle mouse acceleration.

- Driving markers and onscreen trajectory (alternative GPS). (alternate GPS Optional)

Gameplay and immersion

- Add few options for some of the character creation features (hair color, tattoos, skin complexion, scars, etc).

- Animations for eating and drinking (excluding scripted ones). (Put an option in the game menu) However do it the way RDR2 did it. In combat, no animation. Out of combat, use animation.

- Unable to remove underwear outside of inventory.

- Vehicle customization. (optional)

- Apartment customization. (optional)

- Very few actual merchant stores in quantity and variety.

- Add garages or parking lots. (optional)

- Crowds have low level of reactivity and awareness to the game world.

- Population density broken?

- Very few interactive NPCs outside of missions with meaningful dialogue.

- Very few options to meaningfully construct a personality to V. You get to choose missions endings, but not an actual persona.

- Player cannot smoke. This should be a choice. If Johnny can do it why can't you? YOU ARE V.

- Weapon mods and skill trees largely irrelevant outside of marginal and mostly numerical improvements to combat. (optional)

- Lack of emergent gameplay events in the game world (ie: dynamic and random triggers).

- Unable to alter character's appearance (barbershop, tattoo parlors, plastic surgeon).

- Lack of character reflection outside of the few mirrors available. This furthers the disconnection between the player and the character. (what's the purpose of customizing your character if you only see him 1 time a day in the mirror)

- No ownership of items (you can rob NPCs under their nose)

- No prison or lasting crime system. (optional)

- Wanted system is largely underdeveloped, with cops spawning out of nowhere and disappearing shortly after.

- Cybernetics lack variety in meaningful choices that alter gameplay (except for limbs weapons). Deus Ex has far more impactful mods that actually change the way you approach combat. (optional)

- The lifepaths are frustratingly brief and have little impact other than dialogue choices. V is essentially the same character regardless of past.

- The traffic AI is lackluster and there are too few cars driving around for a large metropolis.

- Trains were obviously cut, even though the whole infrastructure is visible. (optional)

- The world interaction is quite minimal. Among items that should be interactive: chairs, benches, toilets, stools, sinks, gym equipment, light fixtures, restaurant menus, smartphones, taxi, trash bins and dumpsters, most merchant stalls, microwaves, dancing floors, gaming tables, arcades. (THIS IS A HUGE ISSUE FOR ME. IT'S AN OPEN WORLD. LET ME DO OPEN WORLD THINGS.)

- You cannot preview wardrobe and weapon purchases.

- Loot system overdone, invasive and distracting. You are constantly showered with redundant and marginally better items and have no attachment whatsoever with your fashion and weapon choices. (Optional)

- Enemies are too spongy and level design forces frontal assault way too often.

- Robotics and drone control largely absent (outside of scripted missions).
