Hey so the mission Cyberpsycho Sighting: Bloody Ritual I have this audio glitch where the heavy breathing of the cyberpsycho wont go away. I've tried fast traveling and it doesn't take the heavy breathing away. The only way I can get it to stop is to revert to a older save.... please fix this I'm avoiding this mission because of this very issue.

Friends, it would be cool if things lying on the ground could be immediately broken bypassing the inventory, this is very convenient!

One important detail regarding Photo Mode. It would be very useful to make the camera more free, otherwise it is always firmly attached to the character. In The Witcher 3 with Ansel technology it was much cooler and it made it possible to make stunningly beautiful footages for YouTube videos

Gig: Getting Warmer quest is still bugged :(, even though they claimed it was fixed with 1.05. Can't getn phone call from Wakiko fixer for this quest, and on the location, can't pick up "Coolant" mission item :(. Also i'm getting this weird bug, when i hover my mouse to dropped item on the ground, it stays on the screen when i go somewhere else. I was looking for some Eurodollars, didn't pick em up and went to my car. During driving i saw that text on screen, so i think it's some new bug.

Anyone else getting slow download speeds too? I have 1 gigabyte connection. It was downloading 50 % fine then it suddenly slowed to 0.3 Mbit/s.

On GOG Galaxy

It was really slow for me too when I started the download but after a minute or two it sped up quite nicely and my download is almost done.

volume music and Master turned all the way up and everything else like 60% but I can barely hear anything from radio Station or loading TV scene. Have Realtek all effect are disable like someone subjected still having the issues don't use Headphone only speaker is there a solution would be appreciated because can't drive without the PON PON $H!T at very low volume :ROFLMAO:

I agree. The audio in general could use some work too.
I hope that CDPR also adds independent volume sliders so that we can control if we want to hear gameplay music and/or environment music (eg. radios, ambient music, etc). As of right now, if I turn down the Music slider, the Radio gets turned down too. It'd also be nice if they could implement a personal music player so that we can listen to music on the run, like in "Watch Dogs 2". I'd much rather listen to one of the radio stations than just have fight sequence music blasting all the time.

ps. please display the name of the radio station on screen when we switch stations. please!

Thank you for the many quick fixes and technical improvements. Still hoping for a toggle-walk/run option soon, though. It's hard to truly get immersed in some of the stunning set-pieces when you run around the whole time.

Performance & Stability
  • Multiple stability improvements, including crash fixes.
Miscellaneous
  • Offscreen explosions make noise now.
PC-specific
  • [AMD SMT] Optimized default core/thread utilization for 4-core and 6-core AMD Ryzen(tm) processors. 8-core, 12-core and 16-core processors remain unchanged and behaving as intended. This change was implemented in cooperation with AMD and based on tests on both sides indicating that performance improvement occurs only on CPUs with 6 cores and less.
  • Fixed an issue with the way Raw Input is collected.
  • Removed the use of AVX instruction set thus fixing crashes occurring at the end of the Prologue on processors not supporting AVX.
  • Removed debug console to prevent functions that could lead to crashes or blocked quests. This doesn't mean we don't want to support the modding community. Stay tuned for more info on that.
  • Ray traced reflections should no longer seem too bright in comparison to the environment.
  • Fixed an issue with Steam Overlay crash on game shutdown.
  • Removed the memory_pool_budgets.csv file. which was not connected with the final version of the game and had no influence on it (it was a leftover file used during the development to estimate memory usage. It had no effect on how much memory was actually allocated). Perceived performance increase after editing the file may have been related to restarting the game.
Console-specific
  • Improved image sharpness with Chromatic Aberration and Film Grain on.
  • Settings should no longer reset to default after several game session restarts.
  • Fixed visual issues occurring during the transition between The Heist and Love Like Fire.
  • Corrected the look of several vehicles.
  • [Xbox] Entering combat while Synaptic Accelerator is active no longer ends in player health bar not being displayed.
  • [Xbox] Game no longer becomes unresponsive when signing out from a profile when the controller disconnection message is visible.
  • Telemetry consent request will appear once more due to an earlier issue with settings reset.
  • Fixed an issue whereby it was possible to fall down the elevator shaft in Megabuilding H8 in Automatic Love.
Can we get a fix for dragging with all controllers please? Keep up the good work.

That means the patch is installing. The 1.04 patch took FOREVER to install. And it was just 600mb.
Yes exactly. The patch need to 45Gb of free space to install, so when the DL speeds slow down it's just the install happening. You can see too that the SSD where you isntalled the game is working at 100%.

Getting Warmer gig still does not start when I am in the area. Some additional details: I was able to add the "coolant" related to the gig to my backpack, but the coolant still appears on the sink in the bathroom and the location is still "undiscovered". Loving the game by the way!

I hope that after all the stability and bug fixes the team focuses on bringing back all those cool features and ideas they had to cut off/cancel due to the deadline.

I am sure CDProjectRed will never hype their fans like they did here anymore, perhaps follow Rockstar Games' example and keep titles under development secret to everyone just so you can take all the time you need to deliver the game you originally had planned. (The early announcement was a straightshot to the foot lol)

But the game is great and there is no question about that, it is very much worth it's price tag. It could've been much more whatsoever.

Keep it up!

It has been fixed already in 1.04
