Hotfix 1.06 draw distance

According to what I see, the 1.06 made the city look fantastically alive increasing traffic and pedestrian density so that you feel like being in busy megapolis, this is awesome, but is that me or is it achieved with the price of slightly reduced drow distance? As I noticed compare to 1.05 that sometimes billboards, car details and some other objects started drawing not far from you, so you start notice that compare to 1.05.

The draw distance in this game has always been really bad ever since the game released. Every time a patch has been released people mention the 'lowered' draw distance despite the fact that none of the patches have affected draw distance in any way.
