u cannot punish those players who did not know about this. I honestly thought it was an OP deck I discovered from the gwent library. U did not even give warning ingame or in the forum. How are we to know ?
How long is the ban ?
I just found out it is a 1 week ban. That is unacceptable especially for something we have no warning about and did not know about.
We spent money on the product and now you are denying the product from us.
It is unacceptable.
The more appopriate action would to be resetting your rank to the start of the season.
